I want to make my customers happy so if for any reason you wish to refund or exchange your purchase please get in contact straight away. I will issue a refund or exchange authorisation and the item must be returned to me within 14 days of purchase and in a saleable condition. Returning the item is at the customers cost but any replcaements will be sent at my cost.
In the interest of hygiene I regret I am unable to accept returns of any body jewellery, including pierced earrings.
